We also had Ronnie speak to the children about St John.

REMINDERS :
With the weather getting colder please make sure your child/ren are wearing their shoes and socks to school. We encourage the children to wear them during the day and also their fleece. Coughs and colds are out there - we have been talking to the children about remaining healthy: drinking a good amount of water, catching a cough, using tissues and washing their hands.
- It is timely to remind parents and families about the following areas, so we are all on the same page and can reinforce these expectations together.
- • Before School: Children can arrive at school after 8.00am and go into their classrooms once their teacher is in there or the 8.30am bell rings.
- • After School: After 3.00pm children need to be either on their way home, at After School Care or supervised by a parent if they are playing at school. From 3.15pm teachers are often in meetings and not actively supervising the playgrounds. This is particularly important to remember as we have noticed a few younger children who are not being picked up until 3.30pm and the weather is changing.
- • Running Late: If you are running late in the morning please advise the office and remind your child to come and sign in on arrival. If you are running late after school (which happens to us all), please let the office know so we can explain this to your child and make short term supervision available.
